变电电力变压器毁(hui)坏理由

8、长(zhang)期用电户管理制度不紧
我们对客户低压线路、设备验收把关不严, 由于工程质量差, 导线每相弧垂相差太大, 大风造成低压短路,低压设备安装不规范等原因烧毁配电变压器。在综合配电变压器容量富裕度不足的情况下,接入临时基建、临时用电负荷的情况,造成过负荷烧毁配变。
9、平时标(biao)准化管理不就位

防(fang)范风险工(gong)作
1、合适调试保护英文, 能力对策到账
在配电变压器投运前, 严格安装高、低压熔体, 同时测试负荷情况,分析原因。严格按照《中低压配电网实用技术指导书》中相关规定执行,按负荷情况配置熔体, 但不得超过下列要求:
( 1) 容量在100 kV·A 以上的配电变压器, 配置1.5~2.0 倍额定电流的熔体;
( 2)容量在100 kV·A 以下的配电变压器, 配置2.0~3.0 倍额定电流的熔体;
( 3) 低压侧熔体应按额定电流稍大一点选择。
2、强化电费供电量标(biao)准化管理

4、贯彻执(zhi)行总确保设备(bei)
每(mei)台变(bian)电(dian)电(dian)力(li)变(bian)压器(qi)必须重新(xin)安(an)装(zhuang)特级剩(sheng)下的(de)交(jiao)流电(dian)动(dong)做(zuo)养护提升装(zhuang)置。在(zai)其投(tou)入运(yun)营前该做(zuo)有以下检查(cha)(cha)操作(zuo): ( 1) 带功率因(yin)数(shu)补偿分、合(he)触点开(kai)关3 次(ci), 不(bu)应(ying)误动(dong); ( 2) 用可靠(kao)(kao)性(xing)实验(yan)开(kai)关按钮可靠(kao)(kao)性(xing)实验(yan)3 次(ci), 应(ying)对(dui)动(dong)做(zuo);( 3) 各相用可靠(kao)(kao)性(xing)实验(yan)内阻接(jie)地装(zhuang)置可靠(kao)(kao)性(xing)实验(yan)3 次(ci), 应(ying)对(dui)动(dong)做(zuo)。在(zai)正常运(yun)作(zuo)中每(mei)个试(shi)跳(tiao)1 次(ci), 应(ying)对(dui)动(dong)做(zuo)。禁(jin)上(shang)对(dui)底压特级漏电(dian)养护器(qi)꧃脱离(li)正常运(yun)作(zuo),若会出(chu)现(xian)(xian)空开(kai)跳(tiao)闸出(chu)现(xian)(xian)问(wen)题的(de),应(ying)马上(shang)先巡查(cha)(cha)原由,正确处理出(chu)现(xian)(xian)问(wen)题的(de),后供水。
